Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We offer a flat rate shipping solution £6.95 no matter what size or where you are in mainland United Kingdom. For orders over £75, we offer free shipping.
We currently only accept Paypal as payment. You can use Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. To do this please email:
Your payment is instant through Paypal Website Payments. If we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we shall send notification via email. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Products from our Mora Approved Vintage range will each differ slightly from that shown in the online image. While we inspect each piece for the highest level of quality and consistency, vintage items may feature minor imperfections which reflect their age and heritage. If there are major flaws with the piece, we will advise that in the product posting. Please also be aware that these products may vary in colour and size.
Please note that handmade items may also be subject to slight variations in colour and finish in comparison to the picture on the website.

As with all items in the home, we encourage you to take necessary steps regarding the use of naked flames, ensuring items are kept away from children and other safety precautions.
Shipping And Handling All orders will be fulfilled within 72 hours of payment being processed. If there are any issues or delay in dispatch we will notify you immediately. All items will be sent through the Royal Mail and Mora Approved cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from their service.

Back Orders Most products are beautifully handmade by our various suppliers so we are unable to guarantee that all items will be permanently stocked. The website will not accept orders if there is no stock of a particular item, but in the rare event that an item is out of stock once ordered we will notify you. Mora Approved will not process an order or take money from your your account if it is currently not in stock.
Tax Charges Our VAT charges are inclusive within the price shown. We reserve the right to increase prices on the website.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We endeavour to pack our items with the care they deserve but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email:

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at the above email address immediately to organise the return. We are unfortunately unable to offer free returns at this time and will need proof of postage if you do need to return an item. Once we receive the item back in resaleable condition we will refund you the full amount excluding shipping fees within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
Orders can be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging and in the case of jewelry or accessories, in unworn condition. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the return. You will be responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid, insured and tracked to Mora Approved. The amount returned will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
If the product is new, it must be returned in an unused condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you purchase a 'Mora Approved Vintage' product it must be sent back in the same condition as it was sent to you. We carefully catalogue our items so we can ensure quality and these will be used as comparison once the item has been sent back to the company.
